Transformed a non-profit’s digital presence and brand, driving 60% more donations and sold-out events

Bainbridge Community Piano Association had a loyal audience and world-class programming, but there were opportunities to modernize its digital presence and improve the audience experience. I led efforts to launch a new website, introduce online ticketing, offer season tickets, and create consistent, engaging content across email and social media. I also partnered with a designer to refresh the brand with a new logo and visual identity, helping the organization better reflect the quality of its concerts.
